I was looking at Rockwell's description of what comes with VantagePoint and noticed it included MS SQL Server with a Runtime Restricted License. From what I can tell, this restricts the use of the db to VantagePoint. Is this a functional restriction or just a license restriction.

Also, does WW's InSQL license the same or can any other appliction perform SQL queries?
