RS LOGIX 500 activation

Hello everyone
Anyone having idea about rs logix 500 activation,
my software is working properly but when i open my software before the software open a pop message is generating like the product has not been successfully activated,\.

I have seen this in VM.
Give some time after your windows is booted up, and let the activated being detected. Then run your program
 
I have that pop up often.
Rockwell Tech help has looked at it and said it is our corporate virus scan delaying things.
It seldom gets below 5 days before it goes away.

We have white listed things as per suggestions, made exceptions etc...
Annoying for sure.
