Thanks to you all for your time invested in posting solutions!
I succeeded with the combination of deleting CCleaner and it's registry entries in reg edit (just in case), and reinstalling version 20.01, and my problem went away.

I succeeded with the combination of deleting CCleaner and it's registry entries in reg edit (just in case), and reinstalling version 20.01, and my problem went away.

By the way, I am using Win 7, 64 bit. The problem had also followed to my XP VMware, but that has since disappeared. I had the issue with Win7, so I installed ver 20.01 on my VMware to see if it would work, which it did not. Good to go now. Thanks again!
