RSLinx crashing all users

We have a virtualized Rockwell development station running Windows Server 2022, and whoever logs in first or has RSLinx opened first under their profile...if they log out it shuts off RSLinx and everyone editing a program gets knocked offline and their designers crash and they lose any unsaved work.

Does anyone have a fix for this? Maybe there is a way we can get RSLinx to run as a service for all users?
