RSlinx IP Reaching Problem, IP not found

Hello Guys;

I have a question about RSlinx. I want to reach to a PLC node in my own production site but right now I am on another plant in another country of the same company. Is there a way to enter into RSlinx backplane nodes outside of my own factory but from a different factory of the same company. Any feedbacks and questions are welcome..thanks!
