Rslinx Swap PIC driver Error

hello all
i am getting one problem i have SLC500 PLC i want to download Program. i have selected ABpic driver i am getting folloing error
after this the driver shows "STOPPED" and all option gets diabled
Pls any one knows any solution to it

On my old laptop I used to delete any drivers, close linx and then reboot the computer. This always took care of this problem.
I could delete a 'pic' driver and start a DF1 driver but never could go the other way unless I rebooted........
