RSLOgix 5000 Emulate Installation

I try to install RSlogix Emulate Version 20.04.00 but the error occurs during the installation which is shown in the image.
Please help me how i fix it and continue to clean installation.

Maybe a bit more info. What version of windows? Anything else installed and running on your box, antivirus for example?

Do you have Rockwell tech support?
