RSLogix 5000 Event Task

I'm trying to create a new Event Task in a Logix 5000 program I am writing, but I can't seem to create it the way the manual says I should.

As you can see, the "Tag" box is greyed out and won't let me select anything. I haven't found any references about this.

Any ideas?

I believe I was able to find the answer - by creating an EVENT elsewhere in the logic. This is found under the "Program Control" tab in Logix 5000.

Now to make it work.
