RSLogix 5000 Fatal Error on Upload

Hello All,

I have been getting this fatal error repeatedly when trying to connect to a PLC in our facility. I have never come across this specific error before. The PLC is an L32E with revision 20.19 in the offline file. My RSLogix only has 20.05 showing upon bootup but I have connected to other controllers that are V20.19 so Im not sure what to make of it if its a minor revision issue, I have read that V20 had issues with minor revs.

Has anyone experienced this issue before?

The problem exists in the minor revisions of RSLogix 5000, not the mismatch between your software and the controller. The minor rev of the controller will rarely match the programming software. Generally, as long as the major revisions match there should be no problem. I think there are numerous horror stories about version 20 on this forum.
