RSlogix 5000 Project Migration Selection Missing

Any reason I would not have the Project Migrator selection for converting from plc 5 to CL? Thanks!

I think it is a separate download, that’s how I got it.

The only version I could find is 2.0, but it says it is no longer available because it is embedded in the plc5 or slc500 if you are above rev 10. I don’t have the option with the plc5 “save as” either.
