hi I am unable to view function block diagram i.e. boolean functions

I've installed version v13.04.00
The installed components are

Ladder Diagram
Motion
Trending
Externels routines

Can anybody tell why I m unable to view function block?
 
You don't have FB installed. It is an additional cost to RS5000 (unless you purchased the professional edition).
