RSLogix5000 V16 Cannot delete Add on Instruction

Hi Guys,

Has anyone experienced errors while attempting to delete an Add on instruction in RSLogix 5000 V16.00?

I have removed all logic, Paramters and local tags within instruction and have no references or calls for it within project. When I attempt to delete it I get an error messgage and after about 2 minutes it creates a .DMP log of about 2MB which i cannot open.
