but this way need to open the program at version 20 first time to save as l5k
I take it you do not have V20 ?
Many people on here will attempt backwards conversion for you, but be aware that not all backwards conversions are possible if the project uses features that were introduced in V20.
If you have a valid support contract with RA, you can download V20 and install it on your PC.
