Do you have a TechConnect Support Contract?
If you do, then you are entitled to download a newer major version of RSLogix 5000 software (v19.xx >>> v20.xx).
If you do not have a TechConnect Support Contract, then you will have to purchase any major version upgrades you require (v19.xx >>> v20.xx).
Note: "major" refers to the version preceding the decimal point XX.xx. Without a Support Contract you may upgrade RSLogix 5000 v19.xx to the latest minor version only (v19.xx >>> v19.xx).
