RsView32 Messenger Control from ControlLogix 5000

I'm just wondering if anyone could help me out to control RsView32 Messenger. We have a button on the screen to turn it ON or OFF ( using command MessengerON or MessengerOFF ) but I'd like to do it from the ControlLogix 5000. Little bit familiar with VB6 and tried to use it but obviously doing something wrong because getting run-time error 4170.

Any ideas?
