BF & Run Light is On...

S5 Istack shows AF Error
Nothing Other
No Bstack

What is my problem??

AF = Interrupt enable

The BF LED has the folowing meanings -
SINEC L2 bus fault LED for S5-95U, Order Nos. 6ES5 095-8MB... ;
SINEC L2-DP bus fault LED for S5-95U, Order Nos. 6ES5 095-8MD...

if you have profibus devices connected there is probably something wrong somewhere on the bus.

Ignore the AF

Look at the BF and check any interfaces connected to your PLC.
As ojz0r says there is a problem with the Bus.

I already disconnect 95U from machine. replce it another with another 95U machine is running.

Now i need to fix 95U.
Maybe something wrong with my hardware of 95U
i already check the bus.

Overall reset your removed PLC - reload the program and try it in the machine again, carrying out cold restart.
If you still have BF fault return it to Siemens for checking or place it in the nearest waste bin!

How can i do a over all reset?

There is 10 Blocks in PLC and i cant delete them.

i try to remove battery but Blocks still there.

i am new in S5-95U. How can i remove this Blocks?

Is there an EPROM installed?
Remove Eprom, remove battery.
Replace Eprom, Replace battery and try again.

The blocks from FB240 to FB251 and OB251 are built-in and cannot be deleted.

Replace Eprom, Replace battery and try again.

No there is no Eprom.
battery is fine
But cant delete this 10 blocks using Step5
so i cant do an overall reset

These are system blocks you will not be able to delete these!!
Look at the post by KalleOlsen !!

Also check the blocks in the PLC that is running.
Save the program from this and load into removed PLC and test.
