The internal bit M0.0 starts a timer
While M0.0 = 1 and timer has not expired, Q0.4 = 1
Once timer expires, Q0.4 = 0

Voila, a pulse

why not use a positive edge detection? It can be found in the folder with the bit logic instructions.

is ok jvdcande, but... when M11.0 has 1 and remains has 1 one has like result on M6.0 result 1 or 2 ?

The result wil be the second (2) waveform. The pulse width will be exactly 1 machine cycle.
