Does anyone know if there is a way to search a particular coil address for all locations of it's contacts in the program?

RS Logix 500 allows for searches by coil or contact address by listing consecutively each occurrence.

I think this is what you're asking Ken. You have to do a full compile before you can get a updated cross reference though.....Hope this helps. There is a bit missing off the image(to the right) showing coil and contact designations - seems you can only attach an image 550 wide??

alternatively, you can press "CTRL" + "F"

and type what you are searching for, in this case you wont have to compile the programs.

I use this to do searching when my program is not in a situation, to be compiled ;)
