S7-300 rapir possible?

Hi i have e S7-300 313c (6ES7 313-5BE01-0AB0) PLC. It requires a 24 VDC supply. But some XXXXX has supplied it with 230VAC.
Now the question is: can it be repaired. and is it only the power module that has been damaged? or has the controller been damaged to?
If it can be repaired dos anybody know any good places?

Open the case.
Look, that has burned down.
Put a photo on a site.
This is S7 315-2DP.

(Almost) Everything can be repaired. The question in this case is: is it cost effective? I would advise to replace the unit, normally this is the cheapest solution in a situation like this.
