S7-300 RTD Module value reading problemb

Hi everyone,
As I am new to S7-300. i configured S7-315-2DP with 2 input card & 1 output card..with AI8 RTD module in which 6 i/p's are used and another 2 is floating..
as I open monitor/modify values of particular PIW register...i could not read the value..my hardware connection is ok..but wheare is the problemb i did not find..

Can you post here a copy of your hdw config?
I tried simulate it on my PC, but everything works properly..!
