S7-300 SM321 DI16xNAMUR

Hi, I have a problem to use NAMUR (321-7TH00-0AB0) module as simply 16 DI, I powered that module with 24V and on pins 1V, 2V I got green lights (don't know why?), when I connect 24V as input I can't read 1 in PLC and can't see greeen light on that channel (BTW which pin I should connect cable to - e.g. for chanel 1 I have possibilities F1 and 1 - tried both and nothing). Under HWConfig all checkboxes under inputs tab are off, under Addresses tab I have System default on and Process image OB1 PI. What is wrong ? Does somebody have experience with it ?
