One last question:
I'm unable to Transfer a Single Block due to "Memory Requirements" or "Not enough Memory Space".
The Light Green Memory Cardn is Missing from the Module CPU.
Does this have anything to do with being Unable to Download to the CPU?

Yes. A 512kB memory card will allow to use the full capacity of this CPU. You can use a bigger/smaller card though.

You must have a Siemens memory card (MMC.
