Safety Contactor Wiring

I am using a AB safety relay 44R-D22R2 To control 2 safety contactors AB 700S-CFB620EJC.

I notice the front contacts are the red part. Are those the only contacts safety rated or are all of them safety rated?

I believe the way it works is the red contacts are mechanically linked to the ones below it. That way, if a contact welds, the other contact will also change states.
