Scadapack 5908 Wireless Data Transceiver

My Master transciver 5908 and slave 5908 are set to one to mulipoint master and slave indivually. but sometimes both CD LED on master and slave are green. does it mean they are communicating?
how to determine they are working by LED lights? Thank you.
