scaling analog 14bit unipolar ,in fatek (winproladder)

i want to scale a 14 bit input (0-16383) to 0-3000 scaling ,but winproladder dsnt give a built in function i guess like http://www.plctalk.net/qanda/showthread.php?t=14700.


how should i do this manually if there is no function like scl and spc function.
