Could some one show a simple example of how to use this block in order to generate a pulse of 500ms on and 500 ms off?
I tried to do this but i can't get any output from the Q0.0 terminal

You don't need a FB, enable the clock memory and you have bit 3 = 500mS on and 500mS off.
