I have a program that currently runs in SFC on PLC5. Can i add jsr into one of the routines that are always scanning? I never worked with sfc much so i dont know to much about it i am trying to slowly convert it over to standard ladder but in the mean time i need to add things to it and would like to add in a new routine.

Yes you can. As far as the SFC is concerned the ladder file you jump to will simply execute as if it is part of the calling ladder file.

If you are operating a new platform PLC5 I think you can add the the new ladder file as one of the files called from the SFC execution block.
