Short circuit protection of ET200S HF outputs

We have a customer that requires Siemens, and wants fuses on all individual PLC outputs with indicator lights. Does the "short-circuit after M" function of ET-200S high feature outputs provide this, and how do you reset a "blown fuse."

Also, how does the Diagnostics fuse of the power supply modules work (PM-E with diagnostics)?

Any comments about experience with these systems would be greatly appreciated.
