Siemens CPU 224 Modbus compatible?

I have a Siemens CPU 224 controlling a Sullair Air Dryer. I will like to connect to this PLC using my AutomationDirect PLC06 using the Modbus protocol.

Does anyone know how to make this Siemens CPU 224 Modbus compatible? I need to control and monitor this PLC with a C-more touch screen panel.
