Siemens LOGO 0BA6 Losing Time

Hello - I have a LOGO 12/24RC in a control panel and the customer is losing a couple minutes every few days.
The panel is powered 24 hours a day, LOGO is powered via an Omron 24vdc supply.
Any suggestions???
