Siemens PCS7 and Acronis

We've used Acronis previously on site to take images of PC's and I thought it would be beneficial to make use of the continuous backup function in Acronis True Image to ensur we always have an up-to-date backup of our PCS7 system PC's.

However... I'm unable to run Acronis TrueImage 2020 without it crashing.

Has anyone ever used a continuous backup imaging software on Siemens PCS7? According to the compatibility tool, only symantic imaging software would be compatible but I know it's previously been backed up using Acronis.

PCS7 v8.0 SP2 and Acronis TrueImage 2020

What other alternatives have you used to take backup images?
