Siemens Siwarex Weight module question

Hello,

I have problem with signal converting from Siwarex-M module in Simatic S5-115U.
Siwarex-M module 7MH4553-1AA41 is placed in ET-200 rack (IM308C Profibus connection with IM153)
And now I want send DR30 Gross weight signal from Siwarex-M module to analog output module 6ES5 470-7LC12, via FB251 block.
But there is a problem that Gross weight is in two words in DB-Siwarex DB100: DW93 and DW94. And XE parameter in FB251 is data type W (only one word).
How to convert DW93 and DW94 to one word?
