Thanks for all your help, deleting files in program data - Rockwell automation - Factory talk activation, and then there delete .rnl files after stopping rockwell processes in task manager was the solution for me

this is to Thenoobawaits post about the maximize. This was my issue. so definitely helped me. at the office i have extended displays. in the field it suddenly didn't want to open. So definitely try what he said. it just might work for you.

Have you considerer re-install of your RSLogics?

I had the same issue, stupid software was stuck in dual monitor mode. your fix worked!thx
