There are multiple updates involve across multiple versions of Windows 10 and Windows 7. Best bet is not to do any updates until you know for sure that your version of Windows is not affected. I'm not sure how you go about doing that, but that's what IT is for.
In the AB Knowledgebase, it only has one note for Windows 7, and that no issues were found when installing Windows update KB4056894. I would still be wary of installing any updates until AB says that everything has been ironed out, though.
