Studio V32 Routine Tabs

Does anyone know how to, if its possible, get the bar at the top of RS Studio that displays all your open routines as tabs, to shrink width of each tab and display all as more are opened than fit on the screen? Old Studio with routine tabs on the bottom used to do this.

Currently my Studio displays full routine names and when more are open than fit on the screen I'm forced to use the the atrociously inefficient drop down to find more.

I know of the keyboard CTRL+Tab shortcut, but speaking of that, does anyone know how to make that default to cycling between routine, cross ref, and tag list? vs whichever windows you had open last? Another thing old version of Studio used to do if I remember right.

The way I cycle through cross reference/ tag list / routines, is using Alt, W, #. Tapping Alt will highlight the first letter of the drop downs to show you your options, tapping W will open the Window list and show you the corresponding numbers to each item. Then tapping the number will bring you to that selection. I mainly use this when I am checking all of the cross references of a tag.
