tag data base missing

I am using rs view machine addition and when i refresh my tag browser nothing comes back the contents are empty. I cannot call AB till 8 am but they had me delete a file last time and reboot. I forget which file I deleted does anyone know what file to delete and why this happens?

First (after backup), try deleting the *.CAC and *.CTL files from the application's TAG folder.

If that doesn't work, next, delete the entire RTMData subfolder under the cache folder.
