Tag database has search bar filled in

Hey all,

I have a program that when you open the tag database the search field is already filled in, and limits the database to that search. We can clear that out and get all the tags, its just annoying to have to do that every time. We have tried clearing it and saving the file, re-open it and it comes back filled in.

Any ideas why this is happening and maybe how to fix it?

clear it, save environment. Studio is frustrating with that.
