TI series 500 controller

Hi all my first post here, well i have a TI 520c-1102 which lost its program and i have been ask to reload the program but i do not have a cable does anyone have a pinout from the pc to the controller

Have you tried to Google the part number of either the controller or the cable? Might want to check e-bay also.

i google the controller part # and i can't get any info on the cable

Try calling one of the suppliers of the console found at the google. Check out IC Plus inc. 310-378-7215

I use this stuff all the time.
You have to have the key to program this unit and the correct software, TI-Soft with program. I have attached a cable schematic.

I use 505-1102's. This is the cable config I use. It might help you. I tried to draw it below. The connectors are both 9 pin d-sub females.

1&6 <---------> 4
4 <---------> 1&6
5 <---------> 5
2 <---------> 3
3 <---------> 2

7&8 xxxxxxxxx 7&8 No connection between connectors, 7 tied to 8 at each end.

pins 9 - n.c.
