TIA Portal - Optional Product Missing

I've got an issue opening a project in TIA Portal v16. When the file is opening, I get the message that says "Optional products used in the project are missing".

The files it references are WinCC Advanced / Unified PC and WinCC Comfort / Unified Comfort. I've tried installing every v16 package I can find on the Siemens site but I still get this message. See attached screenshot.

The project has a few Comfort panels that I'm not able to edit so I need to get these packages installed.

Anyone know exactly which software that TIA Portal is referencing or have a link?

Do you have a WinCC license? It will show in your automation license manager if so.

It's quite confusing how it's showing Unified though, as I'm sure that's a separate software license. I would imagine it's asking for WinCC Advanced.

I got this resolved. Apparently that part of the application wasn't installed due to some other missing applications (IIS, ASP).
