Timer problem with s5-115u cpu942

Hello,

I use several timers in my program and the PLC seems to load the wrong time into the timers. When I load for example T1 lkt 999.3
and I load in T2 100.2
For next I start timer 2 and he loads the 999.3 in timer 2.
I don't know whats going wrong.
Please Help me.
