Toshiba EX M40 PLC to PDF

Can anyone help. I have an old toshiba ex M40 which needs to be updated to a Rockwell PLC (probably micrologix).
I have (what i believe is) an old back up off the toshibas code. I wonder if anyone can print out the ladder and any comments into a PDF file? That would be much appriciated.
The attached *.zip file contains that backup i have been given.

See attached. They are txt files that you have to open with Notepad++, and then choose the US-OEM encoding for it to look better. I found 2 programs in the zip, so I posted both of them.

I did two of these a month or so ago and upgraded to S7-1200's. The code the customer had was different to the live code in the Toshiba's so be careful unless its a recent upload. We also had the hand held programmer so went through the Toshiba code line by line.
