Toshiba G3 Can't access to menu parameters trohugh lcd display

Hi, I have two Toshiba G3 Tosvert-130, one of them I can see monitoring mode, I can control with the LCD display, recently I changed the presets velocity, But in the other one I can't access to menu, and the buttoms not respond me. (local/remote, Prog, Mon), I need change the presets velocity too, but I can´t get to access.

I changed the LCD Dispaly because I thinked that was damaged, but the buttons of LCd display in other Drive was ok.

Sombody Know How can I unloock or how quit this condition?

It's been years and years since I touched a G3. I think there is an advanced parameter to unlock them.
