Tsxp572823 modicon premium plc cant connect

Hi,
I have a modicon plc amd trying to connect to it directly using plc7 pro and the tsxcusb485 . I entered SYS as plc address and configured al the other settings accoding to manual but still cnt connect to plc.has anyone encountered this issue before?
 
Do you have the driver installed? Is the driver pointing to the correct com port in the drivers manager?
Have you tried a reset of the driver?
What software are you using? (As i cant remember if this cpu is unity or pl7 pro)
