Twido TWDLCAE40DRF will not go into RUN mode

We established communication and redownloaded the program after having a flashing ERR light on the Twido.
Now we have a flashing RUN led on the Twido. Automatic start in run is checked in program.
Hitting the play button (while connected) brings up a warning that cannot be done now.
Any ideas on how to get the program into run mode.
We have tried several power cycles and tried to start it in TwidoSuite.
This is a new install with a proven program (used in appx 12 other machines).

It may be a proved program but if the hardware is different the firmware may be different and require program changes to run correctly.

Does it compile, or pass a verification ?

There is an execution error shown in the bottom right of your image, whats that ?

After clicking Analyze Program in TwidoSuite the only errors that I get are the following:

Used program 3 times this year, so far, on other identical machines. Used same Twido hardware TWDLCAE40DRF. I would have to find out, somehow, if there was a firmware change. Ideas on how to get a rev record are welcome.
