I cannot provoke the error you described in the 1st post.

I also notice that in the original post you wanted to change the IN1 parameter in FC31 NW4 from "1.600000e+002" to "1.600000e+001". But in the backup this parameter is already "1.600000e+001". So maybe you have sent the backup from after you fixed the problem.

Anyway, I went to FC31 NW4 and tried to change "1.600000e+001" to "1.600000e+000" and "1.600000e+002" and there were no problems.

Then, I think it is due to version...with V5.3 SP3 I am facing this problem..and you are using V5.4.
