I was wondering if anyone know how to upload a PLC program to the Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 from a file? i.e. without having the development pc connected? The PLC is on a ship and we cannot send someone there any time soon, the developer would like to install his development environment on the ship to do the update but we find that odd/risky
Does the page 9 in the link below describing what we are trying to achieve? I am being confused by the terminology boot data which i understand as firmware? i only want to update the software.
