Uploading from Maple System HMI using EB Pro

I've been tasked with modifying a current hmi program for the addition being added to the cell (auto/manual ,I/O ,Status). When I try to upload from it using EB Pro, it experiences an error as soon as the upload starts and has to reboot the HMI. Any suggestions on what might be causing this or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Try uploading the project using USB Flash Drive or SD Card

When I tried using a flash drive, it only gave me the option to upload the history files and had the project files greyed out.
