Is it possible to upload program from PLC with Concept if we don't have the original program? The CPU is QUANTUM 213-04x.
I've managed to retrive PLC-configuration and diagnostic information but the program simply wouldn't upload. The error message said something about data compatibility issues. I have CONCEPT 2.5 with SR2. Thanks in advance.

You can upload from Concept 2.5 if the program was installed in the PLC with the upload info enabled. Under the Project menu there is a selection called "code generation options" this needs to be checked for upload capability. You need to create a blank project, connect to the PLC and then attempt an upload and hope that the upload info was included by the person that originally loaded the program.
