Vijeo Citect Tag Addressing

How do you refer the variables in unity pro by tags in Vijeo Citect. I know that %I and %Iw can be represented as %M. For example %M10001 would refer to %I0.0.0. But how would i refer %I0.2.X or %Q 0.1.X ?
