Voltage monitoring relay with SSR rather than mechanical relay

Possibly a bit niche this one but does anybody know if there is an under/over voltage monitoring relay with an SSR or transistor signalling output rather than a mechanical relay ?

Have looked at our usual suppliers but drawing a blank.
